4. Obligation to Inform

Please renew the product before its expiration. Members who have not renewed their account will be closed and their data will be deleted after one week.

If you no longer renew, please backup and download the product data before the expiration date. We are not responsible for data loss caused by deleting the expired account.


5. Data Backup

(1) We will provide weekly local and remote backups for the virtual host class.

6. Access Speed

8. Users should establish and improve the following information network security protection technical measures:

(3) Establish a complete system operation log on the computer host, gateway, and firewall, with a minimum retention time of 90 days.
