  • If the product does not support self-service refund, please submit a work order refund. If you encounter problems during unsubscription, you can contact us through manual service.


  • 1、 We promise to apply for a refund within seven days for virtual host products.
    If a member is dissatisfied with the product within seven days from the date of purchase, they can apply for a refund service, and we will process it within one working day.
    If there are suspected abnormalities or malicious returns, we have the right to reject the return application and maintain the final interpretation right within the legal scope.

  • 2、 Contact our customer service personnel to explain the reason for the refund (so that we can improve our service). After the financial review, we will process the refund for you according to regulations.

  • 3、 The refund amount will be refunded to the member account.

  • 4、 If you are certain that you no longer need to purchase our product, you can submit a withdrawal work order again to request a refund to the original payment account.
  • Note: Before applying for a refund, please ensure that your data has been migrated. Once the refund application is processed, your product will be directly deleted and cleaned up. If the seized machine is used in violation of regulations, our company will not provide refund services.

  • · Pay as you go products do not support refunds. If you do not need to continue using them, you can backup your data and shut down and release the pay as you go products.
  • · If the refundable amount is 0 yuan, self-service unsubscription cannot be performed.
